Facilities Planning

A Vision For Our Future

The Parish held two town hall meetings on February 4th and 5th to present the findings from a recent Facilities Condition and Needs Assessment conducted this past fall on our church and school.

Representatives from Clark & Enersen, a Lincoln-based architecture firm and our partner on the project, presented preliminary plans, ideas and maintenance projects for future growth.

In case you missed the town hall meeting, a video recording of the February 5th meeting is available below. You can also view the PowerPoint presentation that was shared at the meetings.

What is a Facilities Condition and Needs Assessment?

A Facilities Condition and Needs Assessment is the process of developing a comprehensive picture of physical conditions and the functional performance of buildings and infrastructure. It is analyzing the results of data collection and observations; and reporting and presenting findings. This provides us with a foundation for developing a strategic plan for our Parish and school.
